The Venue of the Congress is the Polytechnic of Turin
Politecnico di Torino was the first Italian Engineering School founded in the wave of the technical and scientific innovation that gave rise to the most prestigious European polytechnic schools in the mid-19th century. Founded as School for Engineers in 1859, it then became Regio Politecnico di Torino in 1906. Engineers, architects, designers and urban planners have been trained at Politecnico di Torino for over 160 years with rigor, integrity and high-level standards.
This long ever-changing history has rated Politecnico among the top European technical Universities for education and research, with 38,700 students and a teaching staff of more than 1,000.
Castello del Valentino, located along the Po River in Turin, is a historic Savoy residence known for its elegant French-inspired architecture. Built mainly in the 17th century, it features distinctive corner towers, grand interiors, and formal gardens. Today it houses part of the Polytechnic University of Turin and is a UNESCO-listed site, admired for its beauty and cultural significance.
In the courtyard of the Castle of Valentino (picture below), former headquarter of the Polythecnic there will be the welcome dinner on the 24 of June 2026. Following the dinner you are all invited to see the fireworks for San Giovanni, the city annual celebration.
The Rooms of the congress have a capacity of 1250 seats (7 rooms) and they are connected by a courtyard. These rooms will be used for the 25 and 26 of June sessions.
The coffee breaks and the lunch with italian menù will be served in the courtyard, wine and beer will be available. Vegetarian options will be available.
