Registration Information
(for Presenters and Attendees)
Each registration allows for the submission of up to two full-paper contributions. The same registration fee applies to both oral and poster presentations.
Registration and payment must be completed by April 30, 2026 to ensure inclusion in the final program. This deadline applies to all presenters, and payment must be received by this date, including confirmation of bank transfers, to secure your participation.
Full paper submission is only required for participants who wish to:
➤ Have their work peer-reviewed for inclusion in the official conference proceedings
➤ Be considered for special journal issues or edited volumes associated with the conference
Participants are also welcome to attend without submitting an abstract or presenting during the conference.

**LMIC (Low and Middle Income Countries as defined by the World Bank). For the LMIC Registration Category, provide passport copy AND a confirmation of current employment needs (to be provided in the conftool conference management system).
*Relevant proofs/documents should be uploaded into the conftool settled up for the registration
What your registration includes:
➤ Access to all plenary and scientific sessions, and the Welcome Reception
➤ Conference materials and a digital abstract booklet
➤ Coffee breaks and lunches during official conference hours
➤ Certificate of Attendance (specific certificates for presenters will also be issued)
What the registration of accompanying persons include:
➤ Welcome Reception (24/06), lunches and coffee breaks during official conference hours
➤ Tours for accompanying persons
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email from cigr-eurageng-2026@conftool.com. If you do not receive it, check your SPAM folder.
Important notes
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants. Participants are advised to make their own insurance arrangements ahead of the event.
